Returns And Refund

Please complete the form below to request an RMA number.

1. If our buyer is not satisfied or recieved damage product then refund and exchange both will be made within 30 days from the delivery time.

2. Returns of the products should be in unused condition with all packaging intact and original tags.

3. Money will be credited back to his/her payment source within 3 days, once we have received the items and quality check has been done.

4. For the successfull return, fill the Return Form which is available in the "Returns" section under your Theledshoes.com. The Reverse Pick up facility is available for the limited pincodes.

5. Refund of the shipping costs are not applicable if there is any.
